Zion’s Blood – The Upsetters

I don’t know how about where you dear reader live, but the weather in Belgium was full on summery. Summery is a legit word here. Today.
Here’s a song by the great Upsetter Lee ‘Scratch’ Perry, from the legendary Super Ape album from 1976, imagine… A masterpiece by a mad genius, check out the whole album if you’re into old style reggae and dub. Although if you are you don’t need any further introduction. Is it me or does this record sound like it was recorded in an abandoned, burning hot city? I can never shake off that feeling.
